My Services

My approach  is pretty simple: I see it as a process of re-learning to trust yourself. There is no need to embark on yet another self-improvement regime. Those strategies often reinforce the idea that there is something inherently wrong with us, which must be fixed in order for us to be happy or even worthy of participating in life. When we approach ourselves with a scalpel, ready to dissect the ”bad parts” or sew on some new “better ones” we are participating in the same kind of tyranny toward ourselves that we are so desperate to be rid of.

Quagmires on the spiritual path may be quite painful to navigate alone - especially when you have spent years or a whole lifetime adhering to structures and beliefs that may or may no longer be benefitting you. In my experience, the spiritual path is highly individual and there may be great benefit to living within a structured practice and equally true is that it can be unhelpful or even harmful. If you are questioning your faith, your process, or even what is "truth"  we can work with these questions and more.
